I. SPONSOR AND ADMINISTRATOR

The sponsor of this promotion is Rainingbands Waterfowl LLC, South Lake Tahoe, California, referred to in these Official Rules as “Sponsor.”

The official website is the Rainingbands Waterfowl online store displaying this Promotion and these Official Rules, referred to as the “Website.”

The Sweepstakes will be administered by an independent third-party administrator retained by Sponsor, referred to as “Administrator.” Sponsor will make the Administrator’s identity and verified contact information available through the Website before winner notification.

II. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Rainingbands Waterfowl 2024 Polaris Ranger Crew XD 1500 + $5,000 Cash Giveaway, referred to as the “Sweepstakes” or “Promotion,” operates during the beginning and ending dates and times expressly published on the Website’s page for this specific giveaway.

Those published dates, the applicable time zone, the final mail-in postmark deadline, the mail-in receipt deadline, and the scheduled drawing date form part of these Official Rules.

Sponsor’s computer system is the official timekeeping device for online transactions. A qualifying purchase must be paid and completed within the published Promotion Period.

Mail-in submissions must meet the published postmark and receipt deadlines. The drawing will occur after the receipt deadline and reconciliation of eligible mail-in entries.

Entries do not carry over to another giveaway or promotion.

III. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen years old and have reached the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry, except in jurisdictions expressly excluded on the giveaway page or where participation is prohibited by law.

Participation is subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and any required registrations or filings. Listing a jurisdiction in the eligible territory does not replace a required filing or authorize participation where the Promotion cannot lawfully be offered.

Employees, officers, directors, members, representatives, and agents of Sponsor, Administrator, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and promotion agencies directly involved in this Sweepstakes are ineligible.

Their immediate family members and individuals residing in their households are also ineligible. Immediate family includes spouses, parents, children, siblings, grandparents, and grandchildren, including corresponding adoptive, step, and in-law relationships. Household members are excluded whether or not related.

These entities are collectively referred to as the “Released Parties.”

Eligibility is subject to verification. Sponsor or Administrator may request reasonable documentation confirming identity, age, residence, or compliance with these Official Rules.

Participation constitutes agreement to these Official Rules and the lawful decisions of Sponsor and Administrator. Winning is contingent upon fulfilling the eligibility and prize acceptance requirements.

IV. MERCHANDISE PURCHASE ENTRIES

During the Promotion Period, an eligible individual may receive entries by purchasing qualifying Rainingbands Waterfowl merchandise through the Website.

Unless an applicable bonus multiplier is advertised, each one dollar of eligible merchandise spending earns one entry. Eligible spending excludes sales tax, shipping, handling, and discounts. Fractional dollars are rounded down to the nearest whole dollar when calculating entries.

The purchaser must provide accurate identifying and contact information. Sponsor may collect additional information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility.

Orders must be paid and completed during the Promotion Period. Unpaid orders, abandoned checkouts, declined transactions, and canceled purchases do not qualify.

The purchase timestamp recorded by Sponsor determines the applicable entry rate. Entries are credited to the individual identified as the purchaser in the completed order.

Entries cannot be sold, assigned, or transferred to another person.

If merchandise is returned or canceled before the drawing, entries attributable to that merchandise will be removed. Valid entries from other qualifying transactions or mail-in submissions remain eligible.

Returns are governed by Sponsor’s published return policy and applicable law. A lawful return alone does not establish fraud or invalidate unrelated entries.

V. BONUS ENTRY PERIODS

Sponsor may announce bonus periods offering entry multipliers from 1X through 100X during the Promotion Period.

Each announcement will identify the applicable multiplier, beginning and ending dates and times, qualifying merchandise, and exclusions.

The multiplier represents the total number of entries awarded per eligible dollar. For example, a qualifying $75 purchase during a 20X period receives 1,500 entries.

Multipliers do not stack unless expressly stated in the applicable offer.

A corresponding free mail-in bonus opportunity is available under Section VII. No purchase is required to receive bonus entries.

Additional entry programs, including subscription, referral, review, or fixed-entry offers, are not authorized by these rules unless their complete terms and corresponding free entry opportunity are published as part of this Promotion before those offers begin.

VI. FREE MAIL-IN ENTRY

To enter without making a purchase, legibly hand-print the following information in black or blue ink on a 3-inch by 5-inch or 4-inch by 6-inch card:

1. First and last name.
2. Complete mailing address, including city, state, and ZIP code.
3. Day and evening telephone numbers with area codes.
4. Email address, if available.
5. Date of birth.

If you have one telephone number, identify it as both your day and evening number.

Place the completed card in a separate, first-class stamped #10 business-size envelope. Hand-print your full name and complete return address on the envelope.

Each valid envelope receives seventy-five entries, unless it qualifies for a bonus multiplier.

Only one entry card is permitted per envelope. Multiple cards in one envelope, cards mailed without an envelope, postage-due submissions, and bulk packages containing multiple entry envelopes are not accepted.

The Participant must personally hand-print the card and envelope. Typed, computer-generated, mechanically reproduced, rubber-stamped, and commercially prepared submissions are not accepted. Printed return-address labels are not accepted.

Commercial entry services or another person may not prepare or submit entries on the Participant’s behalf.

All submissions must meet the postmark and receipt deadlines published for this Promotion.

VII. FREE MAIL-IN BONUS ENTRIES

To receive an announced bonus multiplier, follow the ordinary mail-in instructions and additionally hand-print the following on the lower-left front corner of the envelope:

• The applicable multiplier followed by “X.”
• The date of the bonus announcement.
• One qualifying featured product name and its advertised price.

No purchase, receipt, or proof of purchase is required.

Each valid qualifying bonus envelope receives seventy-five entries multiplied by the advertised multiplier. For example, a valid 20X envelope receives 1,500 entries.

The postmark must fall within the corresponding bonus period. When an offer falls on a Sunday or postal holiday, a postmark on the immediately following postal business day qualifies for that offer.

An otherwise valid submission that does not satisfy the bonus requirements receives seventy-five ordinary entries.

Bonus entries remain subject to the final mail-in deadlines and aggregate entry limit.

VIII. ENTRY LIMIT AND PROCESSING

The maximum is seventy-five thousand entries per individual Participant, regardless of entry method.

Purchase entries, ordinary mail-in entries, and bonus entries count toward the same limit. Entries exceeding the limit will not be included in the drawing.

Using fabricated identities, alternate names, or misleading account information to circumvent the limit is prohibited.

Sponsor and Administrator will arrange collection, recording, and reconciliation of eligible mail-in submissions before the drawing. Valid purchase and mail-in entries will be included in the same drawing pool.

Proof of mailing is not proof of receipt. Sponsor is not responsible for mail lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, or rendered illegible in transit.

Entries must contain the required information and satisfy the published instructions. Entry requirements will be applied consistently. Valid entries will not be rejected arbitrarily.

Submitted entry materials become Sponsor’s property and will not be returned or individually acknowledged.

IX. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

Participants must provide truthful information and enter on their own behalf.

Fabricated identities, stolen personal information, automated entry systems, commercial entry services, falsified transactions, database interference, and attempts to circumvent entry limits are prohibited.

Sponsor or Administrator may disqualify an individual based on documented violations, subject to applicable law.

An entry may be rejected if it is incomplete, illegible, untimely, submitted by an ineligible person, or otherwise inconsistent with these Official Rules.

Any attempt to damage the Website or unlawfully interfere with the Promotion may result in available civil or criminal remedies.

X. DRAWING, NOTIFICATION, AND ODDS

Administrator will select one potential Grand Prize winner through a random drawing on or about the drawing date published for this Promotion.

The drawing will occur after the mail-in receipt deadline and reconciliation of all eligible entries.

Each valid entry has an equal chance of selection. A Participant’s overall odds depend on the number of valid entries credited to that Participant relative to the total eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be notified by telephone and/or email using the information supplied at entry.

The potential winner must respond within two calendar days after Administrator’s initial notification attempt.

Selection does not establish a right to the prize until eligibility and compliance are verified.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, declines the prize, is ineligible, or fails to complete the required acceptance process, Administrator may select an alternate potential winner from the remaining eligible entries.

Notification attempts and eligibility determinations will be documented.

XI. GRAND PRIZE

One verified Grand Prize winner will receive:

One 2024 Polaris Ranger Crew XD 1500 utility terrain vehicle and $5,000 cash.

The actual vehicle’s condition, included accessories, mileage and engine hours if used, and approximate retail value will be expressly disclosed on the giveaway page and form part of these Official Rules.

The total approximate retail value is the disclosed vehicle value plus $5,000.

The cash component will be paid by check or another verified payment method arranged by Administrator.

A trailer, merchandise, props, or other equipment appearing in photographs is not included unless expressly identified as part of the prize.

The advertised value must reasonably reflect the actual vehicle and included equipment. If the actual value at fulfillment is lower than the stated approximate retail value, the difference will not be paid in cash.

XII. PRIZE ACCEPTANCE AND DELIVERY

The prize cannot be transferred before award or exchanged for cash, except for the stated $5,000 cash component.

If an advertised component becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control, Sponsor may substitute an item of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law. The cash component will not be reduced.

Sponsor will provide documents necessary to transfer ownership and resolve any outstanding lien or ownership obligation that would prevent transfer.

The winner must complete reasonable documents required to accept ownership.

Pickup and delivery arrangements, including the location and allocation of transportation costs, will be disclosed on the giveaway page before entries are accepted.

Neither Sponsor nor Administrator will collect a payment as a condition of claiming the prize. Optional third-party transportation chosen by the winner must be disclosed and arranged separately.

Unless expressly included, the winner is responsible for applicable title and registration fees, licensing, insurance, maintenance, fuel, storage, operating expenses, and taxes.

Sponsor does not promise that the vehicle may lawfully be driven on public roads or used in every location.

Fulfillment will occur as soon as reasonably practicable and no later than eight weeks after completion of the required acceptance documents, unless applicable law requires another deadline.

Disqualification of a potential winner does not authorize Sponsor to retain the prize instead of conducting an appropriate alternate selection.

XIII. CONDITION AND WARRANTIES

The vehicle will be awarded in the condition disclosed on the giveaway page.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPONSOR PROVIDES NO ADDITIONAL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NOTHING IN THESE RULES EXCLUDES RIGHTS OR WARRANTIES THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED.

Any available transferable manufacturer warranty will be identified in the prize description. Sponsor does not extend or enlarge that warranty.

After ownership and possession transfer, the winner is responsible for lawful operation, safe use, insurance, maintenance, storage, and risk of loss.

XIV. VERIFICATION AND TAX REPORTING

The potential winner must complete an affidavit of eligibility and a liability release, together with any separate publicity authorization permitted by law.

Required acceptance documents must be returned within five calendar days after Administrator provides them.

Administrator may request reasonable proof of identity, age, and residence.

The verified winner must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 and information reasonably required for tax reporting through a secure, independently verified process.

Sponsor or its designated reporting party will issue applicable tax reporting documents as required by law.

The winner is responsible for applicable federal, state, and local taxes. The $5,000 cash component is part of the prize and does not guarantee that the winner’s tax liability will be fully covered.

Failure to complete reasonable eligibility and required tax-document requirements may result in selection of an alternate potential winner.

XV. PUBLICITY

Sponsor may ask the verified winner to participate in photographs, video, or an interview concerning the award.

Publicity participation is voluntary unless a lawful requirement is expressly disclosed before entry. No publicity release will be required where prohibited by law.

Any authorization to use the winner’s likeness, voice, statements, or other identifying information will be subject to applicable law and the terms of the authorization.

Sponsor will not describe a person as a confirmed winner before eligibility and acceptance are verified. Prize presentation materials must accurately reflect the actual award.

XVI. PRIVACY AND MARKETING

Personal information will be handled under Sponsor’s published privacy policy, Administrator’s applicable privacy disclosures, and applicable law.

Entry information may be used to record entries, enforce limits, verify eligibility, contact potential winners, fulfill the prize, respond to inquiries, and comply with legal obligations.

Information may be provided to Administrator and service providers as necessary for those purposes.

Marketing email and text-message consent is not required to enter or win. Promotional communications are subject to applicable consent requirements.

Participants may unsubscribe using the instructions in a promotional communication without invalidating otherwise eligible entries.

Privacy requests may be submitted through the contact methods in Sponsor’s privacy policy.

XVII. TECHNICAL FAILURES AND INTERRUPTION

To the extent permitted by law, the Released Parties are not responsible for service interruptions, postal delays, power outages, unauthorized interference, or other failures beyond their reasonable control.

Sponsor and Administrator will take reasonable steps to preserve entry records and drawing integrity.

If disaster, government action, fraud, or a material technical failure prevents fair or lawful operation, Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate the Promotion only as permitted by applicable law and required filings.

Material changes will be publicly disclosed.

If lawful early termination becomes necessary, Administrator will establish a fair procedure for awarding the prize from eligible, non-suspect entries, including eligible mail-in submissions under the disclosed procedure.

The prize will not be reduced or withheld merely because merchandise sales are lower than expected.

XVIII. RELEASE AND LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, Participants agree to release the Released Parties from claims arising from participation or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize.

This provision does not release liability that cannot lawfully be released, waive nonwaivable consumer rights, or excuse conduct for which applicable law prohibits a limitation of liability.

Sponsor is not responsible for unauthorized statements or impersonating social media accounts.

If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

XIX. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

Subject to applicable law and nonwaivable Participant protections, these Official Rules are governed by California law without giving effect to conflict-of-law principles.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, proceedings concerning this Promotion will be brought in a state court of competent jurisdiction in El Dorado County, California, or, where federal jurisdiction exists, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California.

Nothing in these rules limits a Participant’s right to contact a government agency or exercise rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

XX. SOCIAL MEDIA AND MANUFACTURER DISCLAIMER

This Promotion is sponsored by Rainingbands Waterfowl LLC.

It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, or Polaris unless an actual relationship is expressly disclosed.

References to a manufacturer identify the prize and do not imply sponsorship. Trademarks belong to their respective owners.

To the extent permitted by law, Participants release the social media platforms used to advertise the Promotion from claims arising from its administration.

XXI. WINNER LIST AND CONTACT

After the verified award, the winner’s name and city and state will be available upon request, subject to applicable law.
